These terms apply when you buy from sfiva.ae. Placing an order means you accept them.

What we sell
The products of The House of SFIVA as listed on this site — among them SFIVA Organic Hair Oil and the SFIVA hair and skin care range, unstitched and stitched garments, innerwear, foods such as murabba, achaar, dates and dry fruits, and gift boxes — and the digital services of SFIVA Codes. Each product page describes exactly what you receive.
Garments stitched to your measurements
A suit stitched by the SFIVA atelier is cut for you from the measurements, standard size or photo of measurements you give us, and we confirm them with you before cutting. Because it is made only for you, the suit and its stitching are paid in advance, and it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If it does not match the measurements we confirmed, we alter it free of charge.
What our care products are not
SFIVA hair and skin care products are cosmetics, not medicines. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim. If you are losing hair suddenly, in patches, or alongside other symptoms, please see a doctor. Patch-test before first use and stop if your skin reacts.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees, UAE dirhams or US dollars — whichever you select — and include any applicable VAT. The price you see at checkout is the price charged; we calculate every total on our own server and ignore anything sent from your browser. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email accepts it and forms the contract. We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Paying
- Card and Apple Pay through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Cash on delivery in Pakistan and the UAE, paid to the courier on arrival. Large cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed by WhatsApp before dispatch. Cash on delivery is not available for SFIVA Codes services or same-day orders, and stitched suits are paid in advance.
Delivery
Times and costs are on the shipping page. Those times are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancelling and returning

Discount codes
One code per order unless we say otherwise. Codes have no cash value, cannot be applied retrospectively, and we may withdraw a code at any time before you use it.
Reviews you post
By submitting a review you confirm it is your own honest experience of the product, and you give us permission to publish it with the name and city you supply. We remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic or not from a real customer, but we do not remove a review simply for being negative.
SFIVA Codes
SFIVA Codes draws QR codes and barcodes, free on the website and as paid services delivered by email and on your private desk. SFIVA does not issue, sell or rent barcode numbers (GTINs). GTINs are licensed to brand owners by GS1. When you ask us to draw a retail barcode, you confirm that the number and the brand are yours to use. We check that each number is well formed (its length and check digit) — we cannot check who owns it, and whether a retailer or marketplace accepts a product is between you and them. Print a test and scan it before printing packaging; we are not responsible for print runs made without a successful test.
A Dynamic QR is active for twelve months from payment and can be renewed. You choose where it opens and you are responsible for that destination. It must not lead to anything unlawful, misleading, harmful, sexually explicit or hateful, to malware, or to a page that asks for passwords or payment details under false pretences. We may switch off a code that does, without refund.
Free tools, the Meeting Room and the concierge
SFIVA Tools, the free SFIVA Codes studio and the Meeting Room are offered free, as they are, without any promise that they will always be available or suit every purpose; we may change or limit them at any time. The file tools work on your own device and do not upload your files. In the Meeting Room, use the camera and microphone respectfully and record only with the consent of everyone present — SFIVA does not record meetings. Free instant meetings have a time limit and a limited number of places.

Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
